Welcome to Blu Haven Therapy. I’m Dr. Sarah Mitchell, and I’m honored that you’re considering me as a partner in your mental health journey.
With over 15 years of experience in clinical practice, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most challenging moments. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens within the context of a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. My practice integrates multiple evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
Outside of my practice, I’m passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and making therapy accessible to all. I regularly speak at community events and contribute to mental health publications.
